2. Scope of processed data
Personal data processed may include:
- full name,
- phone number,
- e-mail address (if provided voluntarily),
- address of the property subject to the photo session,
- other data voluntarily provided during the collaboration.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- providing photography services (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO – performance of contract),
- contacting the client regarding the order (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – legitimate interests of the controller),
- delivering finished photographic material (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),
- running basic website traffic analytics (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
4. Data recipients
Personal data may be entrusted to processors acting on behalf of the controller:
- hosting service providers (Cloudflare, Inc.),
- analytics tool operators (Google Analytics – anonymous data).
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless with appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
5. Data retention period
Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter for the limitation period of any claims arising from the services (generally 3 years from the date of service).
6. Rights of data subjects
Every data subject has the right to:
- access their data,
- rectification of data,
- erasure of data (in certain cases),
- restriction of processing,
- objection to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the photography service and establish contact. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to perform the service.
